Girls High School Sharp Shooting and Dynamic Dodging Training | Fall 2023

Our Blue Ox Lacrosse dodging and shooting program will push an athlete to develop and perfect five key components to being a dynamic offensive player. Each component listed below will be covered throughout our six (6) week course on dynamic individual offensive play.
