This Blue Ox Goalie Training Program will push an athlete to develop and perfect the 5 key Components to playing goalie. Goalies in the program will be taught the five components day one and will work on each to become a complete goalie throughout our six (6) week course. The first hour of every training session will focus on position specific drills and skills and the last half hour will put they learned in the session to the test against LIVE shooters of the same age. The training sessions will incorporate challenging drills both physically and mentally to push each goalie to strive for greatness. Drills consist of footwork, stick work, and hand eye coordination.
